Claims Processing- Claims are processed electronically through our practice management system. Claims are dropped to paper only when necessary. Electronic submission of claims includes Private Insurances, Government, and Health Maintenance Organizations.
Accounts Payable- We oversee all patient and insurance aged accounts to assure that patients are billed on a monthly basis and collection letters are sent out on a timely manner.
Financial Reports- We provide comprehensive financial reports such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, aging, daily activity, and other reports as requested.
